Layers are Walnut, Hard Maple, and Red Maple. 3D fossils and layering are representative of the Pioche Shale Formation and early Cambrian Era fossils. Hydroliths are Cherry inlay.  Piece is food safe and culinary friendly, but functional as table art as well. Size is 18 inches wide and 10 inches tall by 1 3/4 inches thick.
